2. USER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Age Requirement

• ❌ Distribute copyrighted material without permission
• ❌ Upload hate speech, threats, or violent content
• ❌ Post harassment, bullying, or defamatory content
• ❌ Share spam, junk, or unsolicited communications
• ❌ Upload material promoting illegal activities
• ❌ Distribute content that violates others' privacy

C. Illegal & Criminal Activities

• ❌ Process stolen, hacked, or unlawfully obtained data
• ❌ Facilitate fraud, theft, or embezzlement
• ❌ Support money laundering or terrorist financing
• ❌ Circumvent copyright, patent, or trademark protections
• ❌ Violate export controls or sanctions regulations
• ❌ Engage in extortion, blackmail, or coercion
• ❌ Facilitate illegal drug trade or weapons trafficking

D. Intellectual Property Violations

• ❌ Copy or reproduce ConvixPro's code, design, or technology
• ❌ Create competing products based on our Platform
• ❌ Remove or alter copyright/trademark notices
• ❌ Claim ownership of ConvixPro's intellectual property
• ❌ Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• ❌ Redistribute our tools as your own service

E. Service Abuse

• ❌ Excessive file uploads that overload the service
• ❌ Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• ❌ Interfere with or disrupt service availability

Consequences of Prohibited Activities

ConvixPro reserves the right to, at its sole discretion:

• Terminate your access immediately
• Delete associated accounts and data
• Block your IP address
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement
• Cooperate with government investigations
• Pursue legal action against violators

No Refunds or Compensation:

• Since ConvixPro is free, no refunds apply
• No compensation for access termination
• No advance notice required
• Termination is permanent

4. YOUR CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of:

• All documents you upload
• All files you process through our tools
• All content you create or convert
• All outputs generated by ConvixPro's tools
• Any downloaded files

ConvixPro claims NO ownership of:

• Your uploaded files

Our License to Your Content

By uploading or processing content through ConvixPro, you grant us a limited license to:

• Delete files after conversion (within 24 hours)

We will NOT:
