Welcome to Convixpro ("Convixpro", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Convixpro and apply to everyone who visits or uses our website and online tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Convixpro is a free website that offers 97 online tools that run in your web browser. They include:

•        Unit converters and engineering tools: length, weight, temperature, area, volume, pressure, torque, force, power, energy, speed, flow rate, viscosity, heat, thermal conductivity, electricity, magnetism, light, radiation and more.

•        PDF tools: PDF to Word, PDF to Excel, Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, PowerPoint to PDF, merge PDF, split PDF, edit PDF, PDF watermark and PDF password unlocker.

•        Image tools: image compressor, image optimizer, background remover, resize and crop, JPG to PNG, PNG to JPG and image format converter.

•        SEO and webmaster tools: SEO analyzer, keyword density checker, meta tag generator, robots.txt generator, sitemap generator, UTM builder, backlink tools, WHOIS lookup, DNS lookup and SSL checker.

•        Text and writing tools: word counter, case converter, title case converter, remove duplicate lines, text to speech, text to handwriting, fancy fonts, plagiarism checker and more.

•        Generators and developer tools: QR code, barcode, password, MD5 and SHA-256 generators, JSON, SQL and JS & CSS formatters, binary converter, URL shortener, WhatsApp, PayPal and mailto link generators, email signature and lorem ipsum generators, and a fake name generator.

•        Calculators and others: scientific calculator, age calculator, BMI calculator, YouTube tag generator, YouTube thumbnail downloader and a Palworld Breeding Calculator.

We may add, change, suspend or remove any tool or feature at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

You can use the Service without registering or creating an account. We do not ask you to create a username or password. If we add accounts or paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before they go live.

We design our tools with privacy in mind. Where possible, tools such as our PDF, image and text tools process your files directly in your web browser on your own device, so your file is not uploaded to us. Some tools cannot work without contacting a server or a third-party data source, for example the WHOIS, DNS, SSL, backlink and YouTube thumbnail tools, which need to look up the domain, link or video you enter. For those tools, the text you enter (such as a domain name or a video link) may be sent to our servers or to a service provider so that the result can be returned to you.

We do not sell your files or the content you enter. We do not read, review or use your files to train any AI model. Please do not enter highly confidential information (such as passwords you actively use or government ID numbers) into any online tool, including ours. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

•        Break any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of anyone else, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights.

•        Process, upload or create content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children.

•        Use the tools for fraud, phishing, spam, malware or any deceptive purpose, including through the URL shortener, UTM builder, WhatsApp link, PayPal link or mailto link generators.

•        Use the Service to process stolen, hacked or unlawfully obtained data.

•        Attempt to hack, overload, scan, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' data.

•        Use bots, scrapers or automated scripts to access the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

•        Copy, mirror, resell or redistribute our website or tools as your own service, or remove our copyright notices.

•        Use the lookup tools (WHOIS, DNS, SSL, backlink) to harass, stalk or target any person or website.

•        Files you own. Use our PDF, image and document tools only on files that you own or have permission to process. The PDF password unlocker may be used only on files you own or are authorized to open.

•        Downloaded content. The YouTube thumbnail downloader does not give you ownership of, or a licence to reuse, any thumbnail or video. Respect the rights of the content owner.

•        Test data. The Fake Name Generator and similar tools create random data for testing and demos only. Do not use it to impersonate anyone or commit fraud.

•        Security tools. Our password and hash tools are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that any output is suitable for protecting highly sensitive accounts or data.

•        Plagiarism and SEO tools. Results from the plagiarism checker, SEO analyzer, keyword density checker and backlink tools are estimates. They do not guarantee originality, search rankings, traffic or income.

•        Unofficial gaming tool. The Palworld Breeding Calculator is an unofficial fan-made tool. Convixpro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pocketpair, Inc. or the makers of Palworld. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We work to keep our converters and calculators accurate, but we do not promise that results are always free from errors or rounding differences. Please double-check important results.

•        Engineering and safety: Do not rely only on our tools (including pressure, torque, electrical, heat, radiation and radioactivity converters) for safety-critical, structural, industrial, medical or legal decisions. Confirm results with a qualified professional and official standards.

•        Health: The BMI calculator and any health-related information are for general information only and are not medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

•        Other advice: Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, tax or professional advice.

Convixpro is free to use and is supported by advertising. We may show ads served by third parties, including Google AdSense. These third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Convixpro and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com, or by visiting www.aboutads.info. We may also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to keep the Service working. More details are in our Privacy Policy.

You must not click on ads in a way that is artificial or meant to cause them to be counted unfairly, whether manually or with software. We are not responsible for the content, products or services of any advertiser, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, advertising and data providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software code and the way the tools are arranged, belongs to Convixpro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or business purposes in line with these Terms.

You keep ownership of the files and content you process with our tools, and of the outputs you create (for example a converted file, QR code or formatted text), subject to any rights of third parties in the original material. Convixpro claims no ownership over your files.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, please email [email protected] with: a description of the work, the page address where the material appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. We will review valid notices and take suitable action.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, and we do not promise any particular uptime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convixpro and its owners and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, revenue or business, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim connected with the Service will not be more than USD 50. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer laws.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Convixpro and its owners and team from claims, losses and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of any other person.

We may limit, suspend or block access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, or if your use may harm the Service, other users or us. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will try to show a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a concern or dispute, please first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts of Lahore, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory law of the place where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, and we may transfer ours as part of a business change. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Convixpro about the Service.
